"Great service, honest, and very helpful. Provided free diagnostics. Our PS5 did not need the repair we thought it needed. He was honest and did not charge us anything. He also fixed a setting in it to help it run better for us and would not take any money for doing did. We did leave a tip that he also tried not to take..lol 😂 Great guy I think. Not to mention the store is stocked full of great stuff. We will be back for sure!!"

They rang on 24th to say "job done" and I've picked it up. Very prompt, good value and top quality. Strongly recommended."

"My Dad managed to download a virus / malware on his phone which was way beyond my very limited tech skills to get rid of (despite Mum thinking I know everything :0) - Tom was so lovely and sorted it out in no time for us, meaning Dad could get back to doing his wordle - his only complaint was that the phone had reset the two guesses he had already had 🤣 Thanks Tom (and Edward for the top tip about the ISS tracking app :0)."

"Have used Toms multiple times, for multiple issues, from battery replacement, dodgy screen and case to water damage repair. Tom was excellently consistent each time, fast, efficient and extremely well priced. I rushed my water damaged phone in first thing in the morning and he prioritised it and got it working same day for only £40 with 0 issues. Will use Toms for as long as I have tech issues he covers!"
