This PS5 was brought in by a customer as it had no display.

When we looked at the port, we couldn’t see it. This meant that we opened it up and found that the HDMI port had been damaged and multiple tracks had been ripped off the board.

Our course of action was to replace the missing tracks and add a new HDMI port - this meant it was fully working!

When we gave it back there was a very happy little one!
